anti-dote

# Remember what you are grateful for.
# Wash your hair as needed
# Eat a piece of pizza every once in a while
# Reconcile.
# Give away clothes that you don’t like, never wear or that don’t fit.
# Water a plant and watch it grow.
# Enjoy laughing.
# Note how when you wash the dishes, and wipe the table/counters, the kitchen goes from dirty to cleaner. Feel accomplished.
# Balance your check book.
# Watch the tides of traffic on the freeway out the window. Watch the tides of the oceans, when available. Note the ebb and flow. Be okay with that.
# Play games with the clock.
# Read the newspaper.
# Cross the passed days off the calendar with a green marker.
# Forgive.
# Use puns as often as possible.
# Drink water.
# Don’t give in to the idea of boredom. It didn’t exist back then and it doesn’t exist now.
# Wonder about penguins and elephants.
# Hope.
